 TRACKING & DELIVERY

Please note that Royal Mail deliveries for UK do not include tracking. if you want to have tracking option please select Hermes UK as courier.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive a confirmation emailOrders are generally dispatched within 2 working days. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when your item is on the way. Then we will email you tracking details to monitor the progress of your order.

Your order will be sent to the address that is on your Ducksessory order. Please make sure that this address is complete with a house number, street and post code and that it is the correct delivery address.

In the unlikely event your goods arrive in a damaged condition, please contact our Customer Services team within 48 hours of the delivery. You will also need to ensure that all original packaging is kept (both outer shipping packaging and internal contents).

If you believe there is a discrepancy in the contents of an order you have received, please contact our Customer Services team within 48 hours of the delivery.

If you are worried that your goods have been lost at some point on their journey to you, please contact our Customer Services team within 15 days of placing your order. If a delivery is reported as lost, we will work alongside our delivery partner to ensure a full investigation is carried out. During this time, the carrier may contact you directly and we kindly ask you to provide any additional information they may request to assist with their enquiries. This will ensure the matter is dealt with as quickly as possible.

PAYMENTS & TAXES

Sales taxes and duties are calculated on the site according to where you are having your order delivered to and are detailed on the checkout screen during purchase and on your order invoice.

You can download your order invoice via the e-mail that we send you or you can request one from our Customer Services team.

When ordering goods from Ducksesory.com for delivery outside of United Kingdom or Turkey, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information we advise you to contact your local customs office.

Please note that when ordering from Ducksessory.com, you are considered to be the 'Importer of Record' and as a result you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the goods.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay and ApplePay are accepted as payment methods on Ducksessory.com.

Funds will be deducted from your bank once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that the Billing Address entered during checkout is the address where the payment card you use is registered. 

PACKAGING & GIFTS

Your Ducksessory.com order will arrive in its branded box. All of our bags and leather goods will come with a logo printed dust bag to ensure that the item is protected.

Small items are delivered in poly bag and bigger items are delivered in cardboard box.

If your Ducksessory.com purchase is a gift you can add a gift message during the checkout process and we will ensure no price details are included with the order. We will print your message to our high quality hammered cards and we will wrap the box with our lovely ribbons for no extra cost.

For security reasons we are only able to issue refunds to the original purchaser of the gift and do not offer gift exchanges.
