Return & Refund
Although we hope you love your Ducksessory products, there may be times when you need to return items to us. You have 14 days from the date you receive your delivery.
If you want to return your products please contact us before doing anything, and we will sort it out in the smoothest way.
All returns must be in complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all the original tags attached.
If they are not in their original packing (with all the tissue papers, stuffing inside, its dust bag, labelled box and label tags attached), covered and send exactly in the same position - so the item doesn't get squashed - we will not be able to refund you as they will be unsellable.
Please note, we do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than Ducksessory's return service.
Once we receive the product, we will review it thoroughly before approving or refusing the return and we will inform you accordingly via e-mail.
If your return is approved, you will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 working days of our receiving your returned product.
Refunds will normally show on your records within 72 hours of being processed however, the speed of this processing is beyond Ducksessory's control and unfortunately some card issuers may take up to 10 days to reallocate your funds.
Your refund will include the cost of the item(s) returned. Shipping, handling and returning costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error, a shipping error on our part, therefore, will be deducted from your refund.
If your order was delivered in UK or Turkey then you will be refunded all sales taxes that were included in your order. If your order was delivered to another country and you incurred local customs duties, you will need to contact your local customs authority directly to claim these duty charges back.
These 14 working days commence the day after the goods have been received by you.
Customers have the right to cancel a purchase; at any time before the item has been dispatched. After the item is dispatched you will be liable for the delivery
cost of the shipping and return.
